Referat nakreśla filozoficzno-prawną koncepcję demokracji
dopełnioną przez filozofię człowieka zawartą w teorii dezintegracji
pozytywnej. Ujęcie interdyscyplinarne, sięgnięcie do nauki higieny
psychicznej oraz filozofii prawa znajdują swoje uzasadnienie we wspólnych
dla nich celach oraz metodach. Wyrażają one konieczność doskonalenia
człowieka, kształtowania nie tylko jego sfery racjonalnej, ale i emocjonalnowolitywnej.
Wspólna dla higieny psychicznej i filozofii prawa jest postawa
zaangażowania w sprawy społeczne. Taka postawa wyraża uznanie wartości
wyższych, przekraczających wymiar jednostkowy.

The paper focuses on the conception of democracy completed by the
philosophy of man based on the theory of positive disintegration. The
interdisciplinary approach delving into the science of mental hygiene and the
philosophy of law is justified in their common goals and methods. They
express the need of constant human perfection not only in the sphere of
rationality, but also in emotional and volitional. The involvement in social
affairs is characteristic for both sciences mental hygiene and philosophy of
law. Such an attitude provides for recognition of the higher values, superior
to individual dimension. These two conceptions complement each other and
form a clear axiological system.
